B&A, saba develop PLC and control systems

10/8/2011
B&Asaba are developing the PLC and computer control systems for Aurora Technical Products for their project for The University Of Washington's bio-pulping initiative.

A new model for designing and develping PLC/Computer based interfaces for testing and research lab equipment has been developed by B&A.

"We began by looking at the discreet states the process and the supporting equipment were required to enter and shift between, from there we developed a state-machine based design at the PLC level."

Incorporating a PLC, an OPC server and a completely new and innovative C# based control and reporting program at the console, B&A is leading the charge in terms of updating the way human/computer/control systems should be designed.
